What We Offer
IT Helpdesk
Friendly, responsive support for everyday issues — from account access and Microsoft 365 queries to device troubleshooting and “how do I…?” guidance. We’re here to reduce friction, remove barriers, and help colleagues stay focused on learning.
Field Technicians (On-site support)
When it needs hands-on help, our field technicians provide on-site support to resolve device, classroom, or infrastructure issues quickly and safely, minimising disruption and restoring confidence.
3rd Line Support (By Subject Matter Experts)
Complex challenge? We bring in subject matter experts for deeper investigation and resolution, including specialist support across platforms, systems, networking, and education technology.
Infrastructure Architecture
