Discovery has a long-term commitment to technology and supporting others to harness its benefits.
Come and see for yourself, how we are using EdTech and blended learning to reach new levels of teaching and learning.
Without a doubt, the Covid pandemic has created the largest disruption to education in modern history. The online genie is out of the bottle, and whilst there are those who want to get it back in as soon as possible, many teachers and learners have realised that the future is bright, and the future of teaching and learning is blended.
At Discovery we have always placed a big emphasis on EdTech and how it can positively impact teaching and learning, from reducing workload for teachers to helping to keep children actively engaged.
Whether you are a school at the start of your blended learning journey, or you have fully embraced EdTech and are regularly embedding it in your teaching and learning, our Blended Learning Open Days will give you the opportunity to see how we are using technology within our schools and, hopefully, provide you with plenty of ideas to take away with you.

All schools taking part in the Blended Learning Open Days, are Microsoft Incubator Schools for the Microsoft Showcase School Programme.
A Microsoft Showcase School is committed to school-wide digital transformation, leveraging Microsoft’s Education Transformation Framework to drive a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Being accepted on to the programme demonstrates these schools’ commitment to exploring new approaches to teaching and learning to ensure students are prepared for success in school and life.
